昆明贵金属研究所的弥散强化铂坩埚材料已于去年通过技术鉴定。长期以来,熔炼高纯光学玻璃一直使用纯铂坩埚。但纯铂坩埚热强度低,高温抗蠕变性能差,熔炼某些特种光学玻璃时,高温耐腐蚀性能差,以致使用寿命不长。纯铂坩埚不能满足发展新型光学玻璃及光学玻璃熔炼新工艺的要求,而促使人们去寻找新的坩埚材料。这种新材料必须①具有较高的高温持久强度和抗蠕变能力;②在高温下对玻璃具有较好的耐腐蚀性;③不污染光学玻璃。据文献报道,国外采用弥散强化铂代替纯铂
