本文介绍了在FD-1型测量放大器上采用“自激法”测定棒材高温弹性模量的测试方法,配套设备。测定了Zr-2合金、TC4钛合金和金镍合金从室温至900℃的弹性模量,误差在±3%以内。并讨论了影响测量精度的因素。
This article describes the FD-1-type measuring amplifier using the “self-excited method” to measure high temperature elastic modulus of the bar test methods and equipment. The elastic modulus of Zr-2 alloy, TC4 titanium alloy and Au-Ni alloy from room temperature to 900 ℃ was measured with the error within ± 3%. And discussed the factors that affect the measurement accuracy.
