随着城市发展规模的不断增加,城市规划设计越来越显得重要。科学的发展规划,是城市实现可持续发展的重要前提保障。BIM作为一种支持绿色建筑设计的辅助手段,搭载了一个联系建筑设计和绿色设计的平台,使两方面更好的融合,在项目的早期将绿色理念植入建筑设计中,并贯穿整个设计过程。理论上讲BIM技术与绿色建筑设计可以实现完美的结合,但由于数据格式的不统一和不兼容,不同分析软件与三维模型之间的数据转换还存在一定的问题。鉴于此,本文主要分析基于BIM技术的绿色建筑设计应用。
With the increasing scale of urban development, urban planning and design is more and more important. Scientific development planning is an important prerequisite for achieving sustainable development in cities. As an adjunct to supporting green building design, BIM is equipped with a platform that links building design and green design to better align both aspects of the project, incorporating green concepts into the architectural design early in the project and throughout the design process . In theory, BIM technology and green building design can achieve the perfect combination. However, due to the inconsistent and incompatible data formats, there are still some problems in data conversion between different analysis softwares and three-dimensional models. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the application of green building design based on BIM technology.
