设定10℃、16℃、22℃和28℃4个温度梯度,研究了温度变化对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)血细胞数量、大小及血清生化成分的影响。结果显示:①红细胞和白细胞的数量都受到温度的显著影响,两者在10℃时数量最高;②红细胞的长径以及长径/短径受到温度的显著影响,10℃时数值最大,而短径则不受温度的显著影响;各种白细胞除长径(淋巴细胞除外)与短径受到温度的显著影响,但变化没有明显的规律性;随着温度的升高,淋巴细胞的长径/短径显著下降,单核细胞的长径/短径显著上升;③随着温度的升高,血清钙、血清总脂和血清胆固醇的含量显著下降,血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白的含量显著上升。
Four temperature gradients of 10 ℃, 16 ℃, 22 ℃ and 28 ℃ were set up to study the effect of temperature on the number and size of blood cells and the biochemical composition of serum in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.
