目的探讨真空断路器耐压测试过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其防护情况。方法通过职业卫生与放射卫生调查,分析其生产工艺,并对工作现场进行职业危害因素识别、监测和个人剂量监测。结果真空断路器分闸状态下进行测试时,测量点改造前周围辐射水平明显高于国家标准,改造后周围辐射水平基本符合国家标准,且改造前后具差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论真空断路器分闸状态下进行测试时,符合X射线产生的基本原理,产生伴生X射线。建议加强工作人员防护,制定相关国家标准。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards and their protection in the process of voltage withstand test of vacuum circuit breakers. Methods Through the investigation of occupational health and radiation health, the production process was analyzed, and the identification, monitoring and personal dose monitoring of occupational hazards were carried out on the job site. Results When the vacuum circuit breaker was switched off, the ambient radiation level before the measurement point transformation was significantly higher than the national standard. The radiation level after the reconstruction basically met the national standards, and the difference was statistically significant before and after the transformation (P <0.01). Conclusion When the vacuum circuit breaker is in the open state, it meets the basic principle of X-ray generation and generates accompanying X-ray. It is suggested to strengthen staff protection and formulate relevant national standards.
