应用ＨＰＬＣ法测甘露颗粒剂有效成分黄芩甙含量，其结果为０．２０％，ＲＳＤ３．７％。ＨＰＬＣ法分离黄芩甙效果好，可用于复方中单一成分含量测定。
HPLC method was used to measure the content of baicalin in Ganlu Granules. The result was 0.20% with RSD 3.7%. HPLC method for the separation of baicalin good effect, can be used for single component determination of compound.
