用电子探针对黄铜药简在储存中出现的腐蚀缺陷进行分析,缺陷含有大量的氧。硫及钙硅元素。实验表明:这些腐蚀缺陷的产生,受工艺因素影响较大,环境因素次之。所以,可通过改变黄铜药筒的前处理工艺来降低腐蚀速度。
Electron probes were used to analyze the corrosion defects of Brassiscus in storage. The defects contained a large amount of oxygen. Sulfur and calcium silicon elements. Experiments show that: the corrosion defects generated by the process of factors greater impact on the environmental factors. Therefore, by changing the brass cartridge pre-treatment process to reduce the corrosion rate.
