全国两会期间,除了委员的议政建言,委员提案内容也是大众关注的焦点。北京全国政协礼堂综合楼,是两会期间提供给上会记者查询委员提案的地方。一进一楼大会议室,一摞摞提案被分门别类放在桌子两侧,上会记者在此可以了解各个产业关注焦点,以及委员们对于经济社会发展的真知灼见。两会期间,本刊上会记者从数千份提案中选出部分委员对于战略性新兴产业相关产业发展的建议,并摘录出其中一部分要点,与读者共享。
During the NPC and CPPCC sessions, apart from members ’suggestions on the administration of state affairs, members’ proposals are also the focus of public attention. The Beijing CPPCC Auditorium Complex is the place where members of the Council will be asked to examine members for proposals during the two sessions. Once inside the large conference room, a pile of proposals on each pile is placed on both sides of the table. At this meeting, reporters can learn about the focus of various industries and members’ valuable insights on economic and social development. During the two sessions, journalists in this magazine selected from among thousands of proposals the suggestions made by some commissioners on the development of industries related to strategic emerging industries, and extracted some of the key points for sharing with readers.
