随着我国经济的飞速发展,酒店行业也进入了高速发展期。虽然我国酒店服务质量和品质在不断上升,但是员工流失现象也比较严重,对于酒店品牌构建带来了很多不良影响。本文先介绍了员工流失的相关理论,综合分析了我国高星级酒店员工流失的现状,并探索了员工流失的主要规律,从中提出了高星级酒店员工流失的主要成因,最后探讨了有针对性的解决策略。
