2006年5月6日,一位名为“荷蒙多”的网友在天涯论坛上发表了《戒烟直播——我,一个20年超级烟民的戒烟日志》。短短时间内,吸引了很多有志戒烟的战友。文中,“荷蒙多”记录了自己戒烟、复吸、再戒的详细经过。在第21个世界无烟日来临之际,我们邀请到了原文作者姚刚先生讲述他的戒烟经历。正如作者所言,“从2006年5月开始尝试戒烟,至今已有近两年的时间。期间虽有波折,现在也不敢说戒烟已获成功,但阶段性的收获已足以令人惊喜”。戒烟——不该让它仅仅成为时常挂在嘴边的话题,我们还需要的是行动!也许在看过这个故事以后,我们可以有一个新的认识:只要你想戒,你就能戒掉!关键在于你的方法、信心和毅力。
