本文在阐述火电厂烟气脱硫项目后评价的必要性和后评价过程的基础上,依据项目后评价的原则及电厂烟气脱硫项目的特点建立了相应的综合评价二层指标体系。应用综合评价法中的多级模糊综合评价法建立了火力发电厂烟气脱硫项目后评价模型。多级模糊综合评价方法将客观定量评定与人的经验评定有效的结合,能提供直观且全面的评价,同时通过对已完烟气脱硫工程的后评价,可为今后烟气脱硫项目的立项、建设及运行提供科学依据。
Based on the necessity of post-evaluation of FGD project and the process of post-evaluation, this paper establishes the corresponding two-level index system of comprehensive evaluation based on the principle of post-evaluation and the characteristics of power plant flue gas desulfurization project. The comprehensive evaluation method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the post-evaluation model of flue gas desulfurization project in thermal power plant. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combines objective quantitative assessment with human experience assessment to provide an intuitive and comprehensive assessment. At the same time, the post-evaluation of finished flue gas desulfurization project can be used for the future project of flue gas desulfurization project, Construction and operation to provide a scientific basis.
