目的对锈毛千斤拔根进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶、RP-18及MCI凝胶柱色谱法对锈毛千斤拔根的化学成分进行分离,采用波谱解析(MS1、H-NMR和13C-NMR)等方法确定其结构。结果共分离得到16个化合物,分别为β-豆甾醇(Ⅰ)、豆甾醇-3-β-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、5-羟基-8-γ,γ-异戊烯基-6″,6″-二甲基-吡喃(6,7:3″,2″)色原酮(Ⅳ)、5,7-二羟基-6,8-二异戊烯基色原酮(Ⅴ)、3,5,7,3′,5′-五羟基-4′-甲氧基黄烷(Ⅵ)f、lemichin D(Ⅶ)、染料木素(Ⅷ)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基异黄酮(Ⅸ)、芒柄异黄酮(Ⅹ)、大豆苷元(Ⅺ)、5,7,4′-三羟基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅡ)、5,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅢ)、5,7,4′-三羟基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-芹糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅣ)、对羟基苯甲酸酯(ⅩⅤ)、白桦酸(ⅩⅥ)。结论首次从锈毛千斤拔根中得到16个化合物,其中主要成分为以染料木素为代表的7个异黄酮。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the rusty jackfruit root. Methods Silica gel, RP-18 and MCI gel column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents from the roots of P. rust. The structures were determined by spectral analysis (MS1, H-NMR and 13C-NMR). Results Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as β-stigmasterol, stigmasterol-3-β-OD-glucopyranoside, β-daucosterol, , 6-dimethyl-pyran (6,7: 3 “, 2”) chromogen (IV), 5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-bis (V), 3,5,7,3 ’, 5’-pentahydroxy-4’-methoxyflavan (VI) f, lemichin D (VII), genistein (VIII) , 5,7,3 ’, 4’-tetrahydroxyisoflavone (IX), mangosteen isoflavone (X), daidzein (XI), 5,7,4’-trihydroxyisoflavone- β-D-glucopyranoside (XII), 5,7-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (XIII), 5,7,4 ’ -xyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (XIV), paraben (XV), betulinic acid ). Conclusion For the first time, 16 compounds were obtained from Tricholoma giganteus, of which seven isoflavones represented by genistein were the main components.
