在由纺织大国向纺织强国转变过程中,科技、品牌在成为发展重点的同时,流通产业也亟待改革。《纺织工业“十二五”发展规划》提出,要坚持以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,以结构调整和产业升级为主攻方向,以自主创新、品牌建设和两化融合为重要支撑,以扩大内需和改善民生为根本出发点,以完善价值链和实现可持续发展为重要着力点,发展结构优化、技术先进、绿色环保、附加值高、吸纳就业能力强的现代纺织工业体系,为实现纺织工业强国奠定更加坚实的基础。
In the process of transforming from a large textile country to a textile power, science and technology and brands are becoming the focus of development, and the circulation industry is also in urgent need of reform. The Textile Industry Development Plan for the 12th Five-Year Plan puts forward that we must adhere to the principle of accelerating the transformation of economic development as the main line, and structural adjustment and industrial upgrading as the main targets, with independent innovation, brand building, and integration of the two as the important support. To increase domestic demand and improve people’s livelihood as the fundamental starting point, to improve the value chain and achieve sustainable development as an important focal point, develop a modern textile industrial system with optimized structure, advanced technology, green environmental protection, high added value, and strong ability to absorb employment. The strong textile industry laid a more solid foundation.
