我厂在建造100吨海吊的过程中,结合其四连杆的结构特点,总结了“长度测量法”的不利条件,提出了采用经纬仪和“坐标测量法”的新工艺,节省了劳动量,提高了精度,从而保证了100吨海吊的四连杆:臂杆、拉杆和象鼻梁等大型金属构件的找正和装配质量,提高工效三倍以上。海吊四连杆或其他大型金属构件的找正加工、装配质量,以及能否顺利组装,主要取决于各构件联接铰点的平行度。因此各铰孔平行度的技术要求,是大型金属构件装配质量的主要技术指标。
