本文报道10例糖尿病并发阳萎患者(并发阳萎组),16例单纯糖尿病患者(糖尿病组),25例男性健康人(对照组),血清中锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、镁(Mg)、铬(Cr)值的变化。结果表明:并发阳蒌组血清中Zn、Mn、Mg、Cr值均低于对照组.差异有显著性(P<0.05和P<0.01)。糖尿病组仅血清中Mg、Cr低于对照组(P<0.01)。并发阳萎组血清Mg与其他两组比较最低。差异有显著性(P<0.01和P<0.05)。本文讨论了糖尿病引起四种元素降低的原因,对男性性功能的影响及糖尿病患者并发阳萎的若干机制,提出纠正其不足将可能改善阳萎症状及其原发疾病。
In this paper, 10 cases of diabetic patients with impotence and impotence, 16 cases of simple diabetes mellitus (DM group), 25 cases of male healthy people (control group), serum Zn, Mn and Mg Mg), chromium (Cr) value changes.
