为了探讨胃泌睃与GMBF间的关系,作了五肽胃泌素、甲氰咪呱和山莨菪碱对大鼠GMBF和胃粘膜pH及胃粘膜PD实验观察。结果表明:大鼠在给五肽胃泌素(6μg/kg)5min、1.5min、30min和60min后,胃粘膜PH分别降低19%、40%、60%和77%(P<0.01),GMBF随着泌酸增多而增加,呈正相关(r=0.997,P<0.01);而给甲氰咪呱(100mg/kg)后GMBF随着泌酸减少而降低,亦呈正相关(r=0.996,P<0.01)。证实:GMBF与泌酸间有密切的关系。山茛菪碱对大鼠GMBF有明显增加作用,而对粘膜pH没有明显的变化。3种药物对胃粘膜PD无明显影响。
In order to explore the relationship between gastritis and GMBF, pentagastrin, cimetidine and anisodamine were tested on GMBF, gastric mucosal pH and gastric mucosal PD in rats. The results showed that the gastric mucosal pH of rats decreased by 19%, 40%, 60% and 77% (P <0.01) at 5min, 1.5min, 30min and 60min after pentagastrin (6μg / kg) (R = 0.997, P <0.01). However, GMBF decreased with the decrease of oxyntic after administration of cimetidine (100 mg / kg), which also showed a positive correlation (r = 0.996, P <0.01). Confirmed: GMBF and acid secretion are closely related. Anisodamine significantly increased the GMBF in rats, but did not change the mucosal pH significantly. The three drugs have no significant effect on gastric mucosal PD.
