1.肌酸的作用肌酸本身并非足一种稀有的化合物。在人体中,肌酸通常是在肝脏和肾脏中合成,它大量存在于肌肉、神经和精细胞内。在肌肉中,肌酸被用来合成磷酸肌酸(一种高能辛烷化学物),为肌肉收缩提供所需要的能量。磷酸肌酸并不直接参与提供能量,人体内细胞包括肌细胞收缩所做的功,实际上是因为三磷酸腺苷(ATP)分解释放能量完成的。ATP分解释放能量后形成ADP。 1. The role of creatine Creatine itself is not enough for a rare compound. In the human body, creatine is usually synthesized in the liver and kidneys, and it is abundant in muscles, nerves and sperm cells. In muscle, creatine is used to synthesize creatine phosphate, a high-energy octane chemistry that provides the energy needed for muscle contraction. Creatine phosphorylation is not directly involved in providing energy. The work done by cells in the body, including muscle contraction, is actually done by the breakdown of energy released by adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP decomposes and releases energy to form ADP.
