替牙期错畸形是否需进行矫治、正畸，观点不一。笔者对20例替牙期错畸形患者进行阻断性矫治，效果良好，兹作报道。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 1997～1998年，我科收治替牙期牙源性错或伴轻微骨性错患者20例。男9例，女11例；年龄7～12岁。Angle Ⅰ类错7例，Ⅱ类错3例
