在32具64侧成人尸体的上肢中,对骨间后神经及其周围的毗邻关系,旋后肌弓、旋后肌下口的类型、性质进行了详细的解剖观察,并对其骨间后神经在旋后肌管内的长度,分支及其走行过程中的受压因素进行了观察和测量。在64例成人上肢中均可见到概侧腕短伸肌纤维桥及旋后肌弓。这些腱性结构的存在是造成骨间后神经受压的重要解剖因素。同时探讨了解除神经压迫的手术途径。
In the 64 upper limbs of 32 adult cadavers, we conducted a detailed anatomic observation of the adjacent relationship between the posterior interosseous nerve and its surroundings, the type and properties of the posterior spinous arch and the posterior spinous muscle, The length and branch of the nerve in the spinous duct and the pressure factors in the process of walking were observed and measured.
