本文建立了多级离心泵导叶内部流场的计算模型,编制了流动计算程序。在程序中,主流用流线曲率法计算,边界层则应用本文推导所得的微分方程计算,为了检验边界层计算程序,计算了一个实例,并与已有资料比较,证明了程序计算结果良好。导叶内部流场计算采用初次给定边界层排挤厚度,进行主流与边界层的迭代计算的方法,计算出的导叶内部的液体流动情况能够有效地判别出分离流的区域及分离流的严重程度,这对于进行导叶的研究有指导意义。本文的计算方法还可以应用于任意二维扩散器的内部流动计算,用来指导改进扩散器的设计。
This paper established a multi-level centrifugal pump guide vane flow field calculation model, the preparation of a flow calculation program. In the program, the mainstream is calculated by the streamline curvature method, and the boundary layer is calculated by using the differential equation derived in this paper. In order to test the boundary layer calculation program, an example is calculated and compared with the existing data to prove that the program calculation result is good. The calculation of internal flow field in the guide vane adopts the method of using the initial given thickness of the boundary layer to squeeze the thickness and carrying out the iterative calculation of the mainstream and the boundary layer. The computed liquid flow inside the guide vane can effectively distinguish the area of the separated flow and the severity of the separated flow Degree, which is instructive for the study of guide vanes. The calculation method in this paper can also be applied to the internal flow calculation of any two-dimensional diffuser to guide the improvement of the design of the diffuser.
