本文报告用广州管圆线虫成虫冰冻切片免疫酶染色法检测感染该虫的大鼠血清抗体的结果发现感染后2wk血清抗体阳性率为80％(28/35),感染后4wk为93.3％(5/9),对照健康鼠血清为阴性。
In this paper, the serum antibody of rat infected with the worm was detected by frozen section immunoenzyme staining of C. elegans in Guangzhou. The results showed that the positive rate of serum antibody was 80% (28/35) 2wk after infection and 93.3% (4) after infection / 9), the control healthy serum was negative.
