为保证临床合理用药,安全有效,作者测定了青霉素G钠在5％葡萄糖输液中的化学动力学数据,并推算出不同温度下青霉素配伍使用的有效期(t0.9).结果表明:在34℃以上时,其配伍使用时间不宜超过2小时.
To ensure clinical rational use of drugs, safe and effective, the authors determined the kinetics of penicillin G in 5% glucose infusion kinetic data and calculate the compatibility of penicillin at different temperatures (t0.9) .The results showed that: at 34 ℃ When the compatibility of the time should not exceed 2 hours.
