目的研究温度、湿度、风速和降水量对白纹伊蚊密度的影响及其在白纹伊蚊综合治理中的作用。方法搜集2010-2012年5~10月成都市城区白纹伊蚊密度及温度、湿度、风速、降水量等气象因素数据,分析白纹伊蚊成蚊、幼蚊密度变化情况及影响因素。结果白纹伊蚊成蚊密度与平均气温呈正相关(r=0.867,P<0.01);白纹伊蚊幼密度与平均气温呈正相关(r=0.784,P<0.01)。多元回归分析提示白纹伊蚊成蚊密度与温度(回归系数0.780,P<0.01)、湿度(回归系数0.220,P=0.01)相关;白纹伊蚊幼蚊密度与温度(回归系数0.420,P<0.01)相关。结论在成都市城区白纹伊蚊成蚊密度受温度和湿度的共同影响,而幼蚊密度温度的影响。
Objective To study the effect of temperature, humidity, wind speed and precipitation on the density of Aedes albopictus and its role in the integrated management of Aedes albopictus. Methods The data of meteorological factors such as density, temperature, humidity, wind speed and precipitation of Aedes albopictus in urban area of Chengdu from May to October in 2010-2012 were collected and the density of mosquito and larvae of Aedes albopictus were analyzed. Results The density of Aedes albopictus was positively correlated with the average temperature (r = 0.867, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between the density of Aedes albopictus and mean air temperature (r = 0.784, P <0.01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that the adult mosquitoes Aedes albopictus density was correlated with temperature (regression coefficient 0.780, P <0.01), humidity (regression coefficient 0.220, P = 0.01); the density and temperature of Aedes albopictus (regression coefficient 0.420, P <0.01). Conclusion The density of adult mosquitoes in Aedes albopictus in urban area of Chengdu is affected by temperature and humidity, while the density and temperature of larvae are affected.
