目的探讨经三维多普勒超声能量图(3D-CPA)对卵巢肿瘤良恶性鉴别的意义。方法 3D-CPA检测157例卵巢实性或囊实性肿块进行血管分型,与术后病理对照。结果良性肿瘤I-II型血管占79.0%,恶性肿瘤Ⅲ-Ⅳ型血管占89.3%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 3D-CPA对卵巢肿瘤进行血管分型是鉴别卵巢肿瘤良恶性的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the significance of three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound energy graph (3D-CPA) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods 3D-CPA was used to detect 157 cases of ovarian solid or cystic solid mass for vascular classification and pathological comparison. Results The percentage of type I-II vessels was 89.0% in benign tumors and 89.3% in malignant tumors. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions 3D-CPA can differentiate ovarian tumors from those of ovarian tumors Effective method of benign and malignant.
