目的:探讨全麻中成人与小儿血乳酸、血糖变化的差异。方法:择期全麻手术的小儿、成人各20 例,分别于麻醉诱导后即刻及麻醉后60 min 测定血乳酸、血糖值。结果:麻醉后60 min ,成人组血糖和乳酸均明显较诱导后升高( P< 0 .01) ;小儿组血糖和乳酸亦均比诱导后明显升高( P< 0 .01) 。小儿组血糖及乳酸均高于成人组( P< 0 .01) 。结论:全麻中成人与小儿血乳酸值的变化差异较大,小儿乳酸值增高明显大于成人,与小儿应激反应强烈对麻醉和手术的耐受性较差有关。
Objective: To investigate the differences of blood lactic acid and blood glucose in adults and children during general anesthesia. Methods: Eighteen infants and 20 adults were enrolled in this study. Blood lactic acid and blood glucose were measured immediately after anesthesia induction and at 60 min after anesthesia. Results: After 60 min of anesthesia, blood glucose and lactate in adult group were significantly higher than those in induced group (P <0.01). Blood glucose and lactate in pediatric group were significantly higher than those in induced group (P <0.01). Blood glucose and lactate in children were higher than those in adults (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The changes of blood lactic acid value between adults and children in general anesthesia are quite different. The increase of lactic acid in children is obviously higher than that in adults, which is related to the poor tolerance to anesthesia and surgery in children.
