为测试液氮超低温环境下火工品的安全性能,按照国军标要求,选取3种典型火工品,采用升降法开展了试验研究。将每种火工品分为3组,分别进行常温、超低温和超低温冷冻16h恢复常温后的发火感度及输出威力试验。测试结果表明:对于发火感度,3种火工品在不同试验条件下无本质变化,但仍能够发火;对于输出威力,2种雷管在不同试验条件下无本质变化。因此,超低温情况下这3种典型火工品的安全性并未出现本质变化。
In order to test the safety performance of pyrotechnics under cryogenic conditions of liquid nitrogen, three kinds of typical pyrotechnics were selected according to the requirements of the national military standard, and the test was conducted by using the lifting method. Each pyrotechnic product was divided into three groups, respectively, at room temperature, ultra-low temperature and ultra-low temperature freezing 16h after recovery at room temperature fire sensitivity and output power test. The test results show that there is no essential change in the three types of pyrotechnics under different test conditions, but they still can ignite. For the output power, the two types of detonators have no essential changes under different test conditions. Therefore, there is no essential change in the safety of the three typical explosive products at cryogenic temperatures.
