以单级空气压缩机为研究对象,以SolidWorks三维建模软件为平台,实现各零件的建模,建立装配体模型并进行相关的干涉检查。采用SolidWorks Motion模拟空气压缩机的运动,将其运动参数输出,得出曲轴颈部和左右轴承部分的作用力。该分析的意义在于确定曲轴所受作用力是否在轴承的额定载荷范围之内,对曲轴的设计和改造有一定的参考价值。
Taking single-stage air compressor as the research object and SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software as a platform, the modeling of each part is realized, and the assembly model is established and related interference checking is carried out. Using SolidWorks Motion to simulate the movement of the air compressor, the kinematic parameters of its output, the crankshaft neck and around the bearing part of the force. The significance of this analysis is to determine whether the force exerted on the crankshaft is within the rated load range of the bearing, which is of certain reference value to the design and modification of the crankshaft.
