在国家房产政策调控和市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,中小房地产企业为了能够长足发展,采取绩效考核的手段,不仅可以提高员工工作效率,而且能够提高企业经济效益,激励企业不断发展。本文作者就绩效考核在中小房地产企业的作用以及出现的问题加以探讨和分析,并对中小房地产企业构建科学合理的绩效考核体系阐述了自己的建议。
In the environment of the national real estate policy control and the increasingly fierce market competition, small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in order to be able to make great progress, take the performance appraisal means, not only can improve the staff’s work efficiency, but also can improve the economic benefit of the enterprise and encourage the continuous development of the enterprise. The author of this paper examines and analyzes the role of performance appraisal in small and medium-sized real estate enterprises and their problems, and expounds his own suggestions on how to build a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
