随着城市地下空间开发和高层建筑的建设,受到城市空间有限的限制,深基坑工程逐渐增多,且其规模和深度不断增加。在这种情况下,可以减小对邻近建筑物地下结构破坏、造价低、施工工期短的逆作法基坑施工应用越来越广泛。本文就青岛土岩二元组合条件下某大型基坑逆作法施工为例,运用有限元方法进行了数值分析。结果表明,逆作法施工的基坑桩体位移、周边建筑物沉降等参数均符合基坑规范要求,可以为以后土岩二元组合条件下的基坑施工提供借鉴。
With the development of urban underground space and the construction of high-rise buildings, due to the limited urban space, the deep foundation pit project is gradually increasing and its scale and depth are constantly increasing. Under such circumstances, it is possible to reduce the more and more extensive application of the construction of the foundation pit against the destruction of underground structures in the adjacent buildings, low cost and short construction period. In this paper, the construction of a large-scale foundation pit under reverse bite of Qingdao earth and rock dual combination is taken as an example, the numerical analysis is carried out by using the finite element method. The results show that the displacement of foundation pit and the settlement of surrounding buildings accords with the requirements of foundation pit in the construction of reverse excavation, which can provide references for the construction of foundation pit under the condition of dual combination of earth and rock.
