目的建立苯酚-硫酸法测定红、白皮2种恰麻古儿中多糖的含量。方法采用水提醇沉法分离纯化红、白皮2种恰麻古儿多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定红、白皮2种恰麻古儿多糖的含量。结果在0.174 8~0.911 2 mg/ml内,浓度与吸收度呈良好线性。回归方程:A=4.602 5C-0.009 3,r=0.999 8。白、红皮2种恰麻古儿多糖的平均回收率分别为99.1%(RSD=2.5%),99.4%(RSD=2.9%),含量分别为10.21%,10.07%。结论本法简便、快速、准确,适用于测定恰麻姑儿中多糖的含量。
Objective To establish a phenol - sulfuric acid method for the determination of red and white skin of two kinds of Qia Mau children in the content of polysaccharides. Methods Two kinds of Qiapu Guzhe polysaccharides were isolated and purified by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. The content of polysaccharides of Qiamanguoliang of two kinds of red and white peel were determined by phenol - sulfuric acid method. Results 0.174 8 ~ 0.911 2 mg / ml, the concentration and absorption showed a good linearity. Regression equation: A = 4.602 5C-0.009 3, r = 0.999 8. The average recoveries of two kinds of Quxia Gu with polysaccharides were 99.1% (RSD = 2.5%) and 99.4% (RSD = 2.9%) respectively, with the contents of 10.21% and 10.07% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for determining the content of polysaccharides in Qiama.
