根据大量的砌体结构检测鉴定分析结果,得出一个普遍结论:经过一定使用年限,砌体结构的混合砂浆强度普遍低于原设计或规范要求,传统的混合砂浆强度低、耐久性差,是影响砌体结构安全性耐久性的一个主要因素。对比国外砌筑砂浆应用现状,建议提高设计砂浆强度等级、采用预拌砂浆,建议未来研发更多的新型材料来提高砌筑砂浆的耐久性和强度,从而提高砌体结构的耐久性和安全性。
