目的探讨氩激光巩膜突光凝术治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效。方法应用氩激光巩膜突光凝术对原发性开角型青光眼患者36例67只眼进行了治疗。结果术后观察2年，眼压下降幅度与术前比较有显著性（P＜0．001），且未见严重的并发症发生，其中21只眼已停用了降眼压药物。结论氩激光巩膜突光凝术治疗原发性开角型青光眼是一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of argon laser scleral photocoagulation on primary open angle glaucoma. Methods Thirty-six patients (67 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma were treated with argon laser scleral photocoagulation. Results After 2 years of observation, the decrease of intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that before operation (P <0.001). No serious complication occurred. Twenty-one eyes had antihypertensive drugs. Conclusion Argon laser scleral photocoagulation for the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma is an effective method.
