我国部分地区的中小学正逐步推广双语教学,但目前的双语教师却不能满足各类学校的教学要求,且学生因素也需得到足够重视。而开设以双语教育师资为培养目标的专业、增设双学位课程以及开设用外语授课的学科专业,可以保证双语教师的职前培养;采取引进来、送出去以及校本培训等方法,可以促进在职双语教师教育教学能力的提高;双语教学中除重视教师的因素外,还应关注学生的发展。
Primary and secondary schools in some areas of our country are gradually promoting bilingual teaching. However, the current bilingual teachers can not meet the teaching requirements of all kinds of schools and the student factors need to be given enough attention. The establishment of bilingual education teachers for the training of the target, the addition of dual degree programs and the establishment of foreign language teaching subjects, can guarantee bilingual teacher pre-service training; to introduce, send out and school-based training and other methods can promote working bilingual Teacher education and teaching ability to improve; bilingual teaching in addition to the importance of teachers, but also should pay attention to the development of students.
