我们对于那些智力发展水平正常,但由于生理、心理、行为、环境和教育等原因,使他们出现知识断层,在正常教育环境中学习效果未能达到学校教育需要的基本要求的学生也称为“学困生”。这类学生在每个班级都存在,而且人数繁多,一直是班主任工作面对的一个大难题。作为教师,我们不能随便放弃这些学困生,应该把它当成一个重点工作来抓。作为班主任,面对学困生,有什么更好的方法呢?
We know that students who have normal levels of intellectual development but who, due to their physical, psychological, behavioral, environmental and educational reasons, have led to their knowledge loss and their learning outcomes in normal education environments fail to meet the basic needs of schooling are also known as “Students with learning difficulties”.
