目的探讨细菌性脑膜炎患儿血血小板α颗粒膜蛋白(CD62P)、D-二聚体水平变化及临床意义。方法选择细菌性脑膜炎患儿60例(细菌性脑膜炎组)。男35例,女25例。同期选择健康体检儿童(健康对照组)30例。男13例,女17例。细菌性脑膜炎组病程7d内、健康对照组均于清晨空腹采集静脉血2.5mL,其中1.0mL应用流式细胞分析仪测定血小板CD62P,另1.5mL应用酶联免疫吸附仪测定其D-二聚体。结果细菌性脑膜炎患儿急性期血CD62P及D-二聚体均明显高于健康对照组,差异均有显著性(Pa<0.01)。细菌性脑膜炎患儿血小板CD62P与血浆D-二聚体呈显著正相关(r=0.42P<0.01)。结论细菌性脑膜炎患儿体内存在血栓前状态。
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet α-granule membrane protein (CD62P) and D-dimer in children with bacterial meningitis and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty children with bacterial meningitis (bacterial meningitis group) were selected. 35 males and 25 females. In the same period, 30 healthy children (healthy control group) were selected. 13 males and 17 females. Within 7 days of bacterial meningitis group, 2.5 mL of venous blood was collected in the fasting fasting group in the healthy control group, of which 1.0 mL was assayed by flow cytometry for platelet CD62P and 1.5 mL for D-dimer by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay body. Results The levels of CD62P and D-dimer in children with bacterial meningitis at acute stage were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between platelet CD62P and plasma D-dimer in children with bacterial meningitis (r = 0.42P <0.01). Conclusion There are prethrombotic state in children with bacterial meningitis.
