群众路线是助推油田发展的生命线,只有密切联系群众,切实保障基层员工根本利益,才会调动起员工生产的积极性,实现产量的稳步增长、经济效益的提高及企业利润的增长,笔者以长庆油田为例进行了群众路线建设的探讨。
