不同的水稻品种对外界低温胁迫的反应不同,弄清水稻的耐冷机制对水稻的生产至关重要。云南水稻品种多样,对这些稻种资源的研究,有利于珍贵稻种的开发利用。本研究以元阳传统水稻品种“月亮古”和现代水稻品种“楚粳-26”为材料,研究其受到低温胁迫后的不同响应机制。研究结果表明:以常温(28℃(06:00-18:00)/25℃(18:00-06:00))处理为对照,对“月亮古”和“楚粳-26”两种水稻品种用低温(15℃(06:00-18:00)/13℃(18:00-06:00))处理后,抗氧化酶系统活性均出现一定程度的升高,现代品种保护酶升高和降低的程度要更剧烈;光合作用参数及叶绿素荧光参数的测定显示现代品种对低温具有更好的耐受性。研究结果表明现代水稻品种对低温具备更好的耐受性。
Different rice varieties respond differently to low temperature stress, clarifying that the mechanism of cold tolerance in rice is crucial to rice production. Yunnan rice varieties are diverse, the research on these rice resources is conducive to the development and utilization of precious rice species. In this study, Yuanyang traditional rice varieties “Moon ancient” and modern rice varieties “Chujing-26” were used as materials to study their different response mechanisms after low temperature stress. The results showed that the treatment of “Moon Ancient” and “Chujing-26 ” at normal temperature (06 ℃ to 18:00) / 25 ℃ (18:00 to 06:00) After treatment with low temperature (18 ℃ to 18: 00) and 13 ℃ (18: 00 to 06: 00), the antioxidant enzyme activities of two rice varieties increased to a certain extent. The degree of increase and decrease of protective enzymes was more severe. The measurement of photosynthesis parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that modern varieties have better tolerance to low temperature. The results show that modern rice varieties have better tolerance to hypothermia.
