以甲氧基次甲基二苯醚低聚物为基础合成了苯并口恶嗪预聚物(BODPO),用H-NMR、IR表征了该预聚物的结构,讨论了反应温度、溶剂的极性等因素对合成预聚物的结构和组成的影响。研究结果表明,BODPO预聚物的成环率在90%以上,预聚物的组成,在很大程度上依赖于反应介质或溶剂的极性。
The benzoxazine prepolymer (BODPO) was synthesized based on methoxydimethyl diphenyl ether oligomer. The structure of the prepolymer was characterized by H-NMR and IR. The effects of reaction temperature, solvent Polarity and other factors on the structure and composition of the prepolymer. The results show that the cyclization rate of BODPO prepolymer is over 90%. The composition of prepolymer depends largely on the polarity of the reaction medium or solvent.
