在多元化市场需求的推动下,被称为拉动邮政企业发展的“三驾马车”的邮务类业务、金融类业务和代理速递业务,正面临着前所未有的挑战。对邮政企业而言,要想满足客户日益个性化的用邮需求,在激烈的市场竞争中赢得一席之地,仅靠以往单纯地运用某种经营方式或策略来推动业务的发展显然是杯水车薪。因此,需要我们以高度的紧迫感和使命感,不断创新发展思路,转变发展方式,综合运用各项开发举措和管理思路,打好业务发展的“组合拳”。
Driven by diversified market demands, the postal business, financial business and agency courier service known as the “troika” driving the development of postal enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. For postal enterprises, in order to meet the increasingly personalized postal needs of customers and gain a foothold in the fierce market competition, it is obviously a drop in the bucket to rely solely on a certain mode of operation or strategy in the past to promote business.
