睑板腺癌以手术治疗为主,放射治疗不甚敏感,只能作为辅助疗法。为了证实手术的效果,现将我院1960～1990年住院手术治疗24例的追踪结果报告如下,供临床参考。临床资料24例中男11例,女13例。发病年龄最小25岁,最大72岁,平均50岁。40～60岁15例,占62.5%。其中农民15例,工人5例,干部4例。上睑15例,占62.5%;下睑9例,占37.5%。左右眼无区别。病程:自患者发现肿块至就诊时间,最短4个月,最长15年。在1～2年之内就诊
Meibomian gland cancer is mainly treated by surgery, radiation therapy is not sensitive, can only be used as adjuvant therapy.
