探讨被动吸烟与血中一氧化氮的关系。方法 在采用被动吸烟建立孕兔胎儿生长迟缓动物模型的基础上 ,对孕兔胎盘组织进行计量分析 ,以了解其与孕兔血及脐血中一氧化氮 (NO)水平的关系。结果 吸烟可使胎盘绒毛面积百分比及绒毛毛细血管百分比降低 ,而且孕兔脐血NO水平高于母血NO水平 (P <0 .0 5 )而吸烟组母血及脐血中NO水平明显低于无被动吸烟组。结论 孕期吸烟可使胎盘组织形态学改变 ,导致母血及脐血中NO的水平降低。
To explore the relationship between passive smoking and blood nitric oxide. Methods The animal model of fetal growth retardation in pregnant rabbits was established by passive smoking, and the placenta of pregnant rabbits were measured to understand the relationship between the placental tissue and the levels of nitric oxide (NO) in pregnant rabbits’ blood and umbilical cord blood. Results Smoking decreased the percentage of placental villus area and villus capillary, and the level of NO in pregnant umbilical cord blood was higher than that in maternal blood (P <0.05), whereas the level of NO in maternal blood and umbilical cord blood of smoking group was significantly lower No passive smoking group. Conclusion Smoking during pregnancy can change the morphology of placenta, leading to the reduction of NO in maternal blood and umbilical cord blood.
