针对低碳铝镇静钢冷轧起皮缺陷,通过电镜、能谱和ASPEX自动扫描电镜,系统分析了缺陷成分差异、夹杂物类型、数量密度和尺寸分布情况。结果表明,夹杂数量密度较大,以及大于20μm的钠盐类夹杂较多,是引起冷轧起皮的主要原因。为了减小卷渣可能性,提出增加保护渣表面张力和黏度,优化了保护渣成分。工业试验表明,保护渣优化后低碳铝镇静钢冷轧起皮缺陷减少了60.6%。
Aiming at cold rolling skin defects of low carbon aluminum killed steel, the differences of defect composition, types of inclusions, number density and size distribution were systematically analyzed by electron microscope, energy spectrum and ASPEX automatic scanning electron microscope. The results show that the inclusions with larger number of inclusions and more sodium salt than 20μm are the main causes of cold rolling. In order to reduce the possibility of drossing, it is proposed to increase the surface tension and viscosity of the dross and optimize the composition of the dross. Industrial tests showed that the cold-rolled skin defects of low-carbon aluminum-killed steel decreased by 60.6% after the flux was optimized.
