实验制备部分脱矿异体骨,用以修复狗下颌骨3cm长的连续性骨缺损(14例),并与新鲜自体皮质骨移植(8例)相比较.术后用X线、四环素荧光标记、血管内墨汁灌注、组织学分析等方法连续观察6个月,并测定骨移植侧下颌骨术后第4月和第6月的机械强度.实验结果表明:部分脱矿异体骨具有较好的组织相容性,其愈合过程与新鲜自体皮质骨移植相同.术后第6月时绝大部分移植骨已被宿主新生骨所替代.仅有小块岛状移植骨残留并与新生骨相互融合.部分脱矿异体骨移植后其机械强度逐渐增高.不易发生疲劳骨折.
Partially demineralized bone was prepared experimentally to repair 3 cm long continuous bone defects (14 cases) in dogs mandible and compared with fresh autologous cortical bone grafts (8 cases). After operation, X-ray, tetracycline fluorescence labeling, intravascular ink infusion, histological analysis and other methods were observed continuously for 6 months, and the mechanical strength of the mandibular bone at the 4th month and the 6th month after the operation were measured. The experimental results show that some of the demineralized bone have better histocompatibility and the healing process is the same as that of fresh autologous cortical bone graft. At 6 months after surgery, most of the bone graft has been replaced by host new bone. Only small island graft remains and integrates with new bone. After partial demineralization allograft, its mechanical strength gradually increased. Not prone to fatigue fracture.
