介绍了一种电磁式微进给驱动机构,并进行了动态特性分析。在其闭环控制系统中,用自学习控制方法自动调节系统各环节的传递参数,使微进给机构获得较高的频响与进给精度及较大的微进给行程范围。
An electromagnetic micro-feed drive mechanism is introduced and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed. In its closed-loop control system, the self-learning control method is used to automatically adjust the transmission parameters of each part of the system so that the micro-feed mechanism obtains higher frequency response and feed precision and a larger micro-feed travel range.
