目的:观察利湿口服液的急性毒性和抗炎作用。方法:用利湿口服液最大浓度、最大给药体积的药液给小鼠灌胃给药,观察急性毒性;通过巴豆油致小鼠耳郭肿胀、角叉菜致大鼠足跖肿胀试验,观察比较利湿口服液高、中、低剂量与中药对照药肤痒颗粒和西药对照药二盐酸西替利嗪的药效。结果:利湿口服液一次灌服的小鼠生药最大耐受量>90 g/kg;利湿口服液中、高剂量能显著抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳郭肿胀和角叉菜所致大鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:利湿口服液无明显毒性,具有抗炎活性。
Objective: To observe the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory effects of Lishi Oral Liquid. Methods: The mice were given intragastric administration with the maximum concentration and the maximum drug volume of the Lishui Oral Liquid. The acute toxicity was observed. The swelling of the ear and the swelling of the rat’s carpus caused by carrageenan were observed. To observe and compare the efficacy of Lizhi Oral Liquid with high, medium and low dose with traditional Chinese medicine Yifeijing itch granules and Western medicine reference drug cetirizine dihydrochloride. Results: The maximum tolerated dose of crude drug of Lishi Oral Liquid in mice was> 90 g / kg. The high and middle doses of Lishui Oral Liquid could significantly inhibit the swelling of the auricle of mice induced by croton oil and the large tolerance induced by carrageenin Rat paw swelling (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Lishi oral solution has no obvious toxicity and has anti-inflammatory activity.
