随着我国经济水平的不断发展,我国的各行各业人数都在激增,为了能够顺利应付各种事物,近十几年我国的事业单位人数也在不断增加。而随着事业单位人数的增加和人员的不断流动,事业单位的档案管理问题就显得越来越突出。虽然,事业单位几年前对于档案管理的问题进行了规整,但是这几年又有了各种各样新的问题,因此,对于怎样对事业单位档案管理进行创新性的改革,怎样使档案管理的效率变得更高显得越来越重要。本研究主要对事业单位档案管理的问题提出一些思考,以实现事业单位档案的创新型管理。
With the constant development of our country’s economy, the number of people from all walks of life in our country has been on the increase. In order to successfully deal with all kinds of things, the number of public institutions in our country has also been on the rise for the past decade or so. With the increase in the number of institutions and the continuous flow of personnel, the institutional file management problems become more and more prominent. Although public institutions regularized the problems of archives management several years ago, they have all kinds of new problems in recent years. Therefore, how to carry out innovative reforms on archives management in public institutions and how to make archives management The efficiency becomes higher and higher is more and more important. This research mainly puts forward some thoughts on the file management of public institutions, in order to realize the innovative management of public institution archives.
