在以信号偏振度(DOP)作为反馈信号的偏振模色散补偿系统中,提出了分别利用带通和带阻滤波器来改进 反馈信号的灵敏度和监测窗口的方法。比较了40Gbit/s归零(RZ)码传输系统和10Gbit/s非归零(NRZ)码传输 系统中滤波器在改进反馈信号监测性能方面的作用,对滤波带宽的选择作了定性的数值分析。结果表明,通过滤 波器的引入,可在很大范围内避免补偿算法在搜索中出现局部极值的可能,减少了迂回搜索,改进了补偿效果,同 时有利于补偿系统的稳定。
In the system of polarization-mode dispersion compensation with signal polarization (DOP) as the feedback signal, methods are proposed to improve the sensitivity of the feedback signal and the monitoring window using band-pass and band-stop filters, respectively. The role of filters in 40Gbit / s return to zero (RZ) code transmission system and 10Gbit / s NRZ code transmission system in improving feedback signal monitoring performance was compared. The selection of filter bandwidth was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed . The results show that the introduction of the filter can avoid the possibility of the compensation algorithm appearing local extremum in search, reduce the roundabout search, improve the compensation effect and at the same time, it is helpful to compensate the system stability.
