将郊区道路两侧一定距离内的人口密度值作为城市化水平判定道路沿线城市化水平的标准,划分出未城市化、半城市化、城市化、高度城市化等4档水平,并给出了相应的人口密度阙值区间,提出道路所需实际承担的道路功能分别对应为公路、近期公路远期城市道路、城市道路等3种。提出了整合道路规划定位和实际功能的道路性质判定步骤,以及设计标准择高取用、最小合理长度、道路性质基本连续等整合原则。提出了公路与城市道路功能叠加时的横断面、平面等设计方法,并结合上海近郊区嘉定新城道路进行了实例研究。

The design method of cross-section and plane when the functions of road and urban road are superposed is put forward, and a case study is made on the road of Jiading New Town in the suburb of Shanghai.
