本文报告了目前可用作实验室模型的几种鼠模的研究现状。对已有的文献作了评论,提出了关于彭亨丝虫、马来丝虫、派特丝虫和班氏丝虫试验工作的资料。作者认为,布鲁属丝虫沙鼠模型的建立,补充了目前已应用于实验室的棉鼠丝虫与魏氏盖头丝虫两种鼠类模型的不足。评定本种鼠类模型的实用价值多大为时尚早,但是所有的证据表明,它对丝虫病病理学、免疫反应的研究,以及评价新的抗丝虫药物都很有意义。
This article reports the current research status of several rat models that are currently available as laboratory models. The existing literature was commented on and the data on the testing of Penaeid filariasis, Malay filariasis, Petite filariasis and Bancroftian filariasis were put forward. The author believes that the establishment of Brucella filamentous gerbil gerbil model, supplemented by the present has been applied to the laboratory of two kinds of mouse models of silkworm filariasis and Wieliczosis. It is too early to assess the usefulness of this murine model, but all the evidence suggests that it makes sense for the study of filariasis pathology, the immune response, and the evaluation of new anti-filarial drugs.
