以聚(-己内酯)(PCL)为载体制备氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)的注射型植入剂。分别考察了载药量和添加聚乙二醇(PEG)对药物释放的影响。体外释放试验结果表明,本试验范围内植入剂的药物释放持续时间为18～565 h,由植入剂的组成决定。
Preparation of Fluorouracil (5-FU) Injection Implant Using Poly (- caprolactone) (PCL) as Carrier. The effects of drug loading and PEG on drug release were investigated. In vitro release test results show that the duration of the drug release of implants within the scope of this test is 18-565 h, depending on the composition of the implants.
